

Why PAIS, why Warwick? The statistics.

You may be deciding which course/university you want to apply to, or looking for statistics to throw out when somebody asks why you chose Politics at Warwick.
So, here it goes:
National Student Survey 2016:
- Achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 97% in the NSS – making it the best department at the university for student satisfaction
- Top in the University for organisation and management
- 2nd in the University for assessment and feedback
QS World University Ranking:
- Rank 50th among all PAIS departments in the world
The Guardian 2017:
- Rank 4th for Politics
- An overall Guardian score of 89.6%
The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide:
- Rank 3rd in The Times
- An overall score of 99.2%
- Teaching quality rated at 87.10%
- Student experience rated at 89.70%
- Graduated prospects rated at 83.00%
The Complete University Guide:
- Rank 4th for politics
- An overall score of 96.8%

On top of all of this:
- We have 2,225 academic faculty staff, 868 of which are international – making it a very diverse department!
- EVERY SINGLE student receives feedback on EVERY SINGLE piece of their work; assessed essay or non, exam or not – you will gain written feedback to help you improve!
- Over 20 study abroad locations – this can be either integrated into your three-year degree or intercalated, making your degree 4 years!
We also have the best common room: free tea, coffee, soup, a microwave, a sofa, desks, what more could you want really?
