Towards the end of term, we always forget about our bodies and how they need looking after. Eating well, doing exercise and doing things that help us relax become the least important thing on our to-do list. However, we need to ensure that we do maintain a healthy body and mind because that is how we will be most productive. So I would like to find out multiple ways that we can care for ourselves that do not seem to take too much of our time but are enough to lift our spirits.
