Approaching Term 3, I imagine you have explored Leamington Spa and discovered the best study places, eateries, and places to meet up with friends. But, in case you haven’t had the chance or you’re looking for some recommendations, I have decided to give you a few suggestions on my favourite places in Leamington Spa…

Esquires:

  • Lovely breakfast and brunch selection – my personal favourite is the Esquires full English, the food was delicious and there was lots of it!
  • Good value for money
  • A peaceful place to study – lots of tables and chairs

Procaffinate:

  • Provides divine smooth tasting hot chocolate – with extra toppings like chocolate sprinkles and giant marshmallows (although expensive but a nice treat)
  • Situated by the canal – opportunity to have a lovely walk before or after your trip to the café.
  • Student-friendly – a good place to study
  • Beautiful outside seating area – lovely when the sun is shining
  • A cool inside décor – with a fridge door that leads to a downstairs seating area
  • Offers student discount – with the app IndyLeam – 20% off food (Mon-Fri)

Hart&Co:

  • Best place in Leamington for cocktails – a great place to catchup with friends
  • Great ambience – friendly staff, great decoration (with lots of photo opportunities) and good vibes!
  • Student discounts with the IndyLeam app – 2-4-1 on cocktails (Mon-Fri) and a free coffee with every cake or brownie (valid every day)
  • Recommendation – my favourite cocktail so far is “The Doris” – a sweet fruity slushie alcoholic drink (which even comes with Pick N’ Mic sweets)

Basement Browns:

  • Offer student discount – as a student everyone knows we appreciate the discounts here and there – this restaurant is definitely good value for money
  • Lovely food – pizzas made in a wood-fired oven and toppings were very fresh!

Jepson Gardens:

  • A lovely park in the centre of Leamington Spa – very scenic with lots of beautiful nature
  • Perfect location for a picnic in the sun
  • Calming surroundings – a great place for peaceful reflection or gentle studying

I hope this has given you some inspiration for term 3! Enjoy your exploringggg 🙂
