As an international student pursuing a postgraduate degree in Global Media and Communication at the University of Warwick, my journey has been enriched by the numerous advantages of living on campus. The decision to reside in the Westwood Halls of Residence has not only facilitated my adjustment to a new environment but has also significantly contributed to my mental well-being. In this blog, I will delve into the various aspects of being an international student, the perks of being a postgraduate, and how living on campus has enhanced my university experience.

Moving to a foreign country for higher education can be a daunting experience. However, signing up for an on-campus accommodation, specifically the Westwood Halls of Residence was such a good call since it made this transition remarkably smooth. The proximity of the central campus, just a 15-minute walk away, and the library being a mere 10 minutes away, has simplified my daily routine. With all the essential facilities within reach, I have been able to save valuable time and focus more on my studies and personal growth.
