Bolivias Salt Desert
Having just returned from our first trip down South of Chile during which over the space of three days we managed to climb over 4000 metres (including a six hour hike to the crater of an active volcano) whilst the week before that a quest to track down the multiple houses of Pablo Neruda took us to the coastal region of Isla Negra, it seems that once again Chile has blown me away.
However, I must restrain myself from telling you about all of that as before I do, I first must catch up on approximately four days’ worth of sleep, and secondly wanted to share with you the photographs I promised a few weeks ago from our visit to the largest salt desert in the world which if you haven’t already, you can read about here.
Pretty cool euh?
A big thanks for the photos to our dutch friends Arjan and Michelle who were with us on the road trip!
