Hello readers! I am Olivia, an Accounting and Management graduate and current Masters student of Career Development and Coaching Studies. As scary as it is to transition into a whole new career choice, I have decided to take the leap and share this new experience with all of you.
I am from Cyprus, which is the great island were halloumi is made. So how about a quick language lesson? The Cypriot dialect says ‘thank you’ by saying ‘ευχαριστώ’ which sounds like ‘efcharistó’. Easy!
In my spare time, you will find me in the kitchen, constantly whipping up new recipes for friends and family to taste; I truly believe that food is one of the best ways to bring people together and spread the joy. On the other hand, it is my method for self-improvement such as time-management skills, creativity, and of course cooking! I also love dancing and find it as a great stress reliever in any situation – specifically, the Mamma Mia soundtrack.
