Law (Warwick Scholar)
I am a third-year law student at Warwick. My modules for this year are Trusts, Shakespeare and the Law, Islamic law, Reinventing education, practical advocacy, family law and the foundations of commercial law.
I am originally from London so I moved away from home for the first time for university. (Not as scary as it sounds, I promise!)
In my spare time, I am currently teaching myself Spanish and enjoy writing poetry. I also love a good mystery show on Netflix!
In terms of societies, I am heavily involved in the Law society. I am the project leader for Law Trek and I also sit on the subcommittee of both the pro bono team and the intervarsity team. Apart from this, I am also involved in the competitions that LawSoc run. These are negotiations, mooting and client interviewing. Currently, I am taking part in the Bar advocacy competition with BarSoc.
I took part in Pathways to Law while I was in sixth form and I am now part of the Warwick Scholars programme at Warwick.
Feel free to reach out and drop me a message about any questions you may have about life at Warwick/ about law or Warwick scholars in particular.
