An End?

I’ve been writing for the PPE Student Blog for the past two years. Now, as my course ends, so too ends my time narrating my experiences and encounters over the years. It has been an interesting couple of years, especially when it came to adapting to the rigours of the pandemic (as we all did), and talking about the tolls that it took on all of us. Hands down, the past year has involved the lowest of the lows in my life, when it came to physical and mental well-being (I got Covid, but won’t go into much more detail here). Working through it was tough; what made it easier was knowing that it wasn’t something I was going through alone.

I don’t have anything to really say or contribute, using this last post. I just have one thing to say. Thank you so much for reading all the articles I have uploaded over the past few years. Thank you for your kind words in feedback. Thank you for messaging me, out of the blue, saying that you have read my article and you could really relate to it. That you too, like me, felt like you aren’t alone. I cannot begin to describe how much that support really means to me.

I do advise you to be as safe as you can, mentally and physically. We’ve been staying in for way too long, but the UK (especially near uni) has been witnessing a spike in the number of cases. I hope you all stay safe, and stay happy. I was so glad for this opportunity to write for you; hopefully, I can contribute a few more articles over the summer. Nonetheless, thank you so much. You are loved a lot, and you have been through a lot; I hope you remember that.
